TSD Dental Group believes in providing affordable and quality dental care for families. We have six clinics located conveniently in the heartland areas of Choa Chu Kang, Hougang, Tampines and Yishun.
Position: Dental Assistant
Key responsibilities:
• Support dentists to provide quality dental care for our patients
• Ensure patients feel comfortable during their visit
• Prepare treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials
• Ensure high standard of infection control
• Maintain and ensure cleanliness of clinic at all times
• Any adhoc duties assigned by the clinic manager
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a dental assistant at a dental clinic will be an advantage
• Pleasant disposition and customer-service oriented
• Team player
• Work well under pressure
• Availability to start work soon

Position: Patient Care Executive
Key responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients at the reception
• Communicate with patients effectively on treatment plans, financing options, and follow-up appointments
• Manage appointments, whatsapp, phone calls, and payments
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate patient and billing records
• Maintain and ensure cleanliness of the clinic at all times
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the clinic manager
Requirements:
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Computer literacy
• Prior experience in customer service, sales or reception is an advantage
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $2,700.00 – $3,500.00 per month
